What Drives Success

We are seeking a Business Solutions Architect with 4-7 years of hands-on experience in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) environments, specifically with Windchill. This role focuses on the development, customization, and maintenance of our Windchill platform across multiple manufacturing sites. You will be responsible for implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our PLM ecosystem.
Key Focus Areas:
- Hands-on customization and extension of Windchill modules
- Problem diagnosis and resolution of PLM workflows
- Data management and integration support
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements
- Continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the PLM team

Core Windchill Development & Maintenance
- Develop, test, and deploy custom Java extensions, IBA (Instance Business Attributes), and workflows in Windchill
- Implement and maintain custom utilities, integrations, and automations to enhance PLM functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windchill modules (Configuration Management,



Visualization, Part Structures, BOM, etc.)
- Support data migration and system upgrades
- Maintain code quality and document technical solutions for team reference

Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Understand PLM process gaps and translate business needs into technical specifications
- Participate in design reviews and provide implementation feedback
- Document functional and technical requirements clearly

Data & Environment Management
- Execute database queries, data validation, and data cleanup activities in Windchill
- Manage workplace setup (dev, test, production) and version control practices
- Maintain Windchill configuration documentation and runbooks
- Participate in backup and disaster recovery testing
