Job Purpose: The role will contribute to the end-to-end development and delivery of high-quality, client-ready proposals, RFIs,



and supporting commercial responses for the Biologics and LMCDMO business, ensuring alignment across Business Development, technical functions, project management, finance, supply chain, legal, quality, and other enabling teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership for developing, coordinating, reviewing, and finalizing high-quality proposals in the Biologics and LMCDMO space, ensuring that scope, timelines, assumptions, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and client requirements are accurately captured and aligned before submission.
- Accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality proposals to the business development team.
- Work with technical, business development, finance, project management, and other relevant stakeholders to support competitive pricing, costing inputs, commercial assumptions, and proposal positioning in line with internal governance requirements.
