About the Role

Back2Study is looking for a dynamic and student-focused
Key Account Manager
to support students aspiring to pursue higher education in the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing the end-to-end admission process, nurturing leads, and ensuring an exceptional student experience while achieving enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries regarding UK university admissions.
- Counsel students on universities, courses, eligibility criteria, documentation, and admission procedures.
- Guide students through the complete admission journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- Assist with application submissions and coordinate with university partners for offer letters and updates.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximise conversions.
- Generate referrals through campaigns and student engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and applications using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding support.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent customer service throughout the admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales, customer relationship management, or student recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software
