Role Description
The Business Development Associate – B2C Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective learners, explaining Crio.Do’s programs, and guiding them through the decision-making and enrollment process. The associate will handle inbound and outbound leads, conduct product demos or presentations, and follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages to drive conversions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying target customer segments, conducting basic market research, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offerings. The role also requires meeting sales targets, providing feedback from customers, and ensuring a high-quality, consultative sales experience.

Qualifications
