Role Description
The Business Development Associate role at Crio.Do is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the associate identifies and nurtures prospective clients and partners, drives lead generation initiatives, and supports the development of new business opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining and updating lead databases, preparing and delivering presentations to potential customers,



and communicating Crio.Do’s value proposition clearly and confidently. The associate collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine outreach strategies, participates in sales meetings and follow-ups, and contributes to achieving revenue and growth targets. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, documenting interactions, and providing feedback from the market to support product and strategy improvements.

Qualifications
