Role objective:

Work closely with the Bourrne brand team to create social media creatives, reels, stories and campaign assets while staying constantly updated with what is trending across Instagram and other social platforms.

What they will do
- Create
Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers and campaign creatives
- Develop creative adaptations for Bourrne's campaigns and product launches
- Assist with
reel concepts, visual references, moodboards and storyboards
- Track
Instagram trends, formats, sounds, memes, visual styles and emerging content formats
- Bring
2–3 relevant trend/creative references regularly
to the team
- Translate trends into something that feels
Bourrne
, rather than simply copying them
- Work with product photography and video to create social-first content
- Resize/adapt creatives for different platforms and formats
- Assist in maintaining the
Bourrne visual language and design consistency
- Support the team during shoots with creative references and content ideas
- Monitor what competing and aspirational menswear/lifestyle brands are doing





Skills we're looking for

Must have
- Good knowledge of
Graphic Design
- Working knowledge of
Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Figma
— strong command of at least 1–2 is enough
- Good understanding of
Instagram
- Strong visual sense and typography/layout skills
- Ability to create
clean, premium, contemporary fashion creatives
- Naturally curious about
social media trends and internet culture
- Good understanding of what makes a Reel/post visually engaging

Valuable to have
- Basic
Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects
- Photography or video-editing knowledge
- Fashion/lifestyle brand experience
- Understanding of AI creative tools
- Basic understanding of Instagram analytics
