About the Role

We are hiring
a
ServiceNow Consultant – CSM / S2P / SPM / Event Management
- Locations: Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 5-8 Years
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

CSM :

* Strong experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM),

including Case Management, Customer Portal, Knowledge Management, and

Workspace configurations

* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development,

integrations (REST/API), Flow Designer, business rules, and workflow

customization

* Experience working in end-to-end implementations, enhancements,

support engagements, stakeholder interactions, testing, and deployment

activities

S2P





* Solid experience in ServiceNow Source-to-Pay (S2P), Supplier

Lifecycle Management (SLM), Procurement Case Management, and Source-to-Pay

Operations

* Experience in designing/configuring workflows, Flow Designer

solutions, integrations, and automation of procurement and supplier

processes.

* Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with ERP/Procurement

platforms such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa, along with stakeholder management

and requirement gathering

SPM

* Strong experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management

(SPM), including Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM),

Resource Management, Portfolio Planning, and Agile Delivery

* Hands-on experience in configuring SPM workflows, portfolio

governance, demand intake, financial planning, resource capacity management,

dashboards, and reporting

* Experience integrating ServiceNow SPM with Agile/ERP platforms and

delivering end-to-end implementations, e
