Key Responsibilities:
P&L; & Financial Management:
- Own the P&L; for all residences in the cluster.
- Drive overall profitability through cost control and operational efficiency.
Customer Experience & Service Delivery:
- Own NPS scores and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee delivery of services including food, hospitality, internet, laundry, and security.
- Implement and ensure adoption of tools created by the Technology team to improve service delivery.
Team Management & Training:
- Hire and train Residence Captains to manage day-to-day operations at individual residences.
- Mentor and guide teams to achieve operational goals and maintain service standards.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth operations across all residences with adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
