Role & responsibilities
1. Material Planning: Develop and implement material plans to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of electronics components and systems.
2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of electronics components and systems, minimizing stockouts and overstocking.
3. Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
4. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
5. Inventory Control: Implement and maintain inventory control systems to track material movement and minimize losses.
6. Cycle Counting: Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Certifications: Certification in Material Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Experience with specific industries: Experience working on defense products, including radar, communication systems, or electronic warfare systems.
3. Experience with specific tools: Experience with material management software, such as ERP, MRP, or other relevant tools.
