We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate specializing in SAP Integration with 7-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP standard adapters , including File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, and third-party adapters .
This role requires a technical team lead who can drive high-quality SAP integration projects , ensure seamless EDI implementation , and contribute to best practices in a dynamic and prestigious work environment .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee SAP integration projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Utilize deep expertise in SAP standard adapters , including:
- File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE, MAIL, and third-party adapters .
- Implement and optimize EDI solutions , ensuring seamless data exchange and process integration.
- Share expertise with team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement .
- Contribute to best practices and methodologies to enhance SAP integration efficiency.




- Manage change requests (CRs) efficiently to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications .
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical guidance and support.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
- 7-10 years of experience in SAP integration , with deep knowledge of SAP standard adapters .
- Proven experience in EDI solution implementation .
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work the 2 PM to 11 PM shift and handle multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
