Your Role

* Account Delivery & Leadership
* Manage SAP S/4 Large Transformation Programs including Greenfield
Implementations, Brownfield/Bluefield S/4 Conversions, and Global S/4
Rollouts
* Drive revenue, profitability, and capability growth KPIs
* Manage client relationships and all aspects of engagement delivery
* Consult and guide clients on SAP transformation initiatives
* Build strategic client partnerships leveraging SAP delivery success
* Demonstrate strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills
* Build and develop SAP S/4 talent across domains and capabilities
* Drive upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives




* Attract and hire talent through multiple sourcing channels and networks

Your Profile

* Must have managed global SAP Transformation Programs, preferably SAP S/4HANA,
end-to-end
* Strong functional or technical SAP background
* Experience working in client-facing roles
* Ability to engage clients throughout S/4 conversion programs
* Experience interacting with CXO-level stakeholders and steering committees
* Ability to build and lead global program teams
* Experience delivering SAP programs using Agile methodologies
* Ability to steer and provide direction to large transformation programs
* Strong people leadership experience
