Job Title: Associate Product Manager – Lending Platform

Job Overview:

As a Product Manager for our platform, you will be responsible for the strategic
development as well as revenue , growth and compliance related product shipments
for Personal loans products. You will be the core pillar in our lending journey
and will be responsible for scaling lending platform modules like Loan
origination systems, KYC , user onboarding and drive API based lending platform
solutions and integrations . You will work closely with cross-functional teams
to define product requirements, oversee product development, and ensure
successful product launches that meet customer needs within the regulated
framework.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps for the platform,
ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Hands on work on database to understand the product data flow and come up
with solutions to solve for business, operations and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with engineering, QA, design, operations,



customer service and
compliance teams to develop and launch new features to scale and sustain
personal loans business.
* Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
for platform enhancement.
* Define and analyse metrics that will drive the success of these product
shipments.
* Engage closely with customers and internal teams to gather and address
feedback.
* Coordinate with other product managers and stakeholders to ensure
cohesiveness of the overall product strategy.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to sprint executions to roll out
while operating across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

* B.E or B.Tech from premier institute & MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in
India.
* Minimum 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a Lending
domain in Banks/NBFCs or fintechs.
