We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to drive business growth across the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling SaaS, AI, cloud, digital transformation, or enterprise technology solutions to banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, mutual funds, and other financial institutions. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, CXO engagement, and the ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to closure.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Drive enterprise sales across Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Financial Institutions.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop strategic account plans for enterprise customers.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, networking, and industry relationships.

Customer Relationship Management




- Build and manage relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Heads of Digital, Operations, Customer Experience, Product, and Innovation.
- Understand customer business challenges and recommend suitable AI-driven solutions.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure and post-sales engagement.

Account Growth
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Delivery teams to expand customer relationships.
- Develop long-term account expansion strategies.

Market Development
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, industry events, conferences, and partner ecosystems.
- Represent the organization at BFSI and technology events.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
