We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – Business Process Services (BPS/BPO) to drive business growth by acquiring current clients and expanding existing accounts across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Business Process Services (BPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, with a proven ability to build strategic relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver customized outsourcing solutions that create measurable business value.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service offerings. You should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills,



and a consultative sales approach to effectively position outsourcing solutions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new business opportunities for Business Process Services (BPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market expansion goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
- Understand customer business challenges and propose tailored outsourcing solutions that align with their operational and business objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, contract closure, and account transition.
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, solution consulting, and leadership teams to create compelling value propositions and customized service offering
