Job Summary:




The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, maintaining and controlling project and plant documentation related to the manufacturing of solar cells and solar modules. The role ensures that all technical, quality and project documents are accurate, up to date and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain an effective document control system for engineering, construction, quality and manufacturing documents
- Manage submission, tracking, distribution and archiving of documents such as drawings, specifications, SOPs, method statements and reports
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement and project teams to ensure correct document versions are used
- Ensure all documents comply with project requirements, ISO standards and client guidelines
- Maintain document registers, transmittals and logs for internal and extern
