Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure on GCPusing Terraform.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)best practices.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud resources.
- Manage containerized workloads using Dockerand Kubernetes (GKE).
- Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and cost optimization of cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using GCP‑native and third‑party tools.
- Enforce security standards, IAM policies, and compliance requirements.
- Perform regular system upgrades and patch management.

Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)services such as:
- Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, VPC, IAM, Cloud Monitoring & Logging
- Proven experience with Terraform(modules, state management, remote backends).
- Experience with CI/CD tools(e.g.,



Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build).
- Good understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
- Hands‑on experience with Dockerand Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Bash.
- Experience with version control systems(Git).
- Understanding of networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, firewalls, load balancers).

Valuable to Have Skills:
- Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with cost optimization and FinOps on GCP.
- Exposure to multi‑cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
- GCP certifications (Associate or Professional) are a plus.

Soft Skills:
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
