Asset-CI synchronization

· Experience creating and managing
operational playbooks
, asset lifecycle workflows, and catalog items.

· Familiarity with
CSDM, ITIL v4

ServiceNow ITAM best practices
.

· Strong analytical skills with experience using reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics for asset data monitoring.

· Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist –
Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Qualified
with hands-on experience in
ServiceNow HAM Pro and HAM Workspace
to manage the
end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle
across enterprise environments — including endpoints, infrastructure, and cloud resources.

The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow’s IT Asset Management suite, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize asset management processes aligned with ITIL and organizational standards.
