Job Purpose
- Business development and execution for Auto OEM & CV & Industrial Segment
- Relationship management with OEMs and large Key Accounts to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Cooperative approach in commercial and service activities and work with supply chain, R&D;, QC ,



logistics & Technical service manager.
- Drive OEM sales and business development in Auto segment, CV, Industries etc
- Collection

Key Accountabilities
- Sales to Auto OEM applicators & CV/ industrial customers as per AkzoNobel norms.
- Work closely with cross functional team to ensure adequate support.
- Deliver AOP revenue in the specified area.
- Current projects follow up and approvals based on OEM Colour audits.
- Drive CRM process.
- Coordinate with parent OEM country team for getting timely support in India.
- Represent Akzo in OEM discussions/ Applicator level.
- Connect with Tier 1 / Tier 2
- lesioning with R&D; on new development
- Work with TS team for service and delighted customers.
- Proper Demand Planning
