The incumbent of this role will be part of GSS-Finance Support Team working with the line manager independently to ensure timely execution & delivery of commitments as per the roles and responsibilities defined, to meet expectations of our functional stakeholders in Operational Finance team. The incumbent will utilize financial analysis and data-driven value-added insights to help optimize operational costs and improve financial performance. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and expertise in finance operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making for stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include
- Standard Cost Management: Develop,



maintain, and continuously improve standard cost models to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cost calculations across diverse manufacturing operations
- Align self with Senior Leadership's long & short-term strategy and work towards making it a reality
- Periodic (monthly/quarterly/yearly) reporting and documentation
- One pager update/ KPI preparation for the Site Leadership
- Responsible for SAP Material costing across various plants
- Routine analysis of production variances (material/conversion) by site by BU
- Preparation of Off-spec/Scrap by material by site by BU
- Ensure accuracy of the reporting process through an effective review mechanism that is consistent and compliant with the process
- Support decision-making by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses
- Improve financial reporting by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recom
