Senior Finance Manager - Accounting & Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and compliance, with expertise in GST, TDS filing, transfer pricing, and statutory audit. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end closure, and balance sheet reconciliation. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho is a must. Responsibilities
- Manage accounting and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee GST and TDS filing, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
- Lead statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure month-end closure,



including reconciliation of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Implement and maintain financial systems, including QuickBooks and Zoho.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an IT company.
- Robust expertise in accounting compliance, GST, TDS filing, transfer pricing, and statutory audit.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
