Job Summary
We are looking for a
Credit Analyst
with 2-6 years of experience in corporate credit analysis. The role involves evaluating the creditworthiness of corporate clients, analyzing financial statements and cash flows, preparing credit proposals, monitoring existing portfolios, and supporting the credit approval process.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of
financial analysis, credit risk, financial modelling, lending structures and corporate banking products
.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed credit assessments of corporate clients by analyzing financial performance, business operations, industry trends and peer performance.
- Analyze financial statements, financial ratios,



cash flows and overall creditworthiness of borrowers.
- Prepare credit memos, underwriting papers, renewal proposals and New-to-Bank (NTB) requests.
- Support the Business team with financial spreading, data verification and documentation checks.
- Evaluate proposed lending structures, exposures and associated credit risks.
- Coordinate with Legal and Operations teams to ensure facility and security documentation is accurate and aligned with approved terms.
- Monitor portfolio performance through covenant tracking, exposure monitoring and early-warning indicators.
- Ensure compliance with approved credit conditions, internal credit policies and controls.
- Identify and escalate credit risks, deviations and exceptions when required.
- Work closely with Business, Risk and support teams for smooth and controlled credit execution.
- Maintain accurate credit documentation and support governance and audit requirements. Must-Have Requirement
