Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionJob descriptionThe Delivery Management Skilled (SE6) leads moderately complex delivery of an ITsolution or product in ERP, proactively identifies improvements, manages diversestakeholders, and contributes to strategic implementation. In this role, you will independentlydefine and control the scope of medium to large initiatives, utilizing effective facilitation andanalytical skills to drive value delivery. While navigating intricate stakeholder environments,you will connect team development with broader business objectives. Depending on theorganization's needs, you may operate within role archetypes such as Project Manager,Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach.Description of the areaJob Responsibilities● Content Leadership: Independently defines, manages, and controls the scope of medium tolarge initiatives or significant workstreams with moderate complexity. Leads and facilitatesthe scope definition process, aligning with strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, andteam dependencies. Proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates scope-related risks,manages scope changes, and champions the adoption of scope management best practiceswithin the Chapter.● Accountability/Problem Solving: Independently leads the analysis of moderate to complexdelivery problems, driving root cause analysis and eliciting complex stakeholder needs.Accountable for comprehensive improvement plans and contributes to solution design andvalidation. Champions accountability, deals pragmatically with ambiguity,



and uses effectivefacilitation techniques to guide teams while mentoring colleagues and building team spirit.● Stakeholder Management: Identifies a diverse range of stakeholders across functional areasand develops comprehensive stakeholder communication plans. Effectively managesrelationships to act as a trusted advisor, proactively shapes stakeholder perspectives, andnavigates intricate stakeholder environments by resolving conflicts to ensure alignment.● Impact/Strategy: Demonstrates consistent performance with an impact that typically extendsto a specific product, initiative, or cluster. Contributes to achieving product or domain goalsby ensuring value delivery, takes a proactive role in shaping team processes, and contributesto the implementation of strategic objectives for Informatics, the Chapter, and/or Domains.● Complexity / (Product Size): Manages moderately complex initiatives or workstreamsextending across a product or service. Manages the delivery of complex features, services,or projects (e.G., a service transition, a product release, or an Agile Release Train (ART)increment). Selects and tailors delivery methodologies while managing dependenciesbetween activities.● Business/Technical ability: Demonstrates strong business acumen by analyzing businessneeds and translating them into effective delivery strategies. Selects and adapts deliverymethodologies to optimize results, manages complex delivery processes, and utilizesadvanced delivery tools and techniques to address business challenges and contribute toplanning.QualificationsEducation / Experience● Proven track record operating in a Delivery Management archetype (e.G., Project Manager,Scrum Master, RTE,



Agile Coach) managing medium to large initiatives or significantworkstreams.● Experience managing the delivery of complex features or projects (such as servicetransitions or ART increments) across functional areas.● Demonstrated experience translating requirements into strategic implementation plans andcontributing to business planning and forecasting.Technical Skills● Must have experience with ERP in delivering similar sized projects● Experience in one or more functional domains such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain,Finance, Procurement and commercial.● Project Management skills training such as PMP, SAFe certification● Strong ability to select, adapt, and apply appropriate delivery methodologies to optimizeresults.● Proficiency in utilizing advanced delivery tools and techniques to manage complexprocesses and dependencies.● Strong analytical skills to drive root cause analysis and propose comprehensiveimprovement plans.Additional Qualifications● Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitateworkshops, resolve conflicts, and act as a trusted advisor to diverse stakeholders.● Strong coaching and mentoring mindset, capable of championing accountability, connectingteam development with business objectives, and building chapter team spiritWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
