Senior Specialist Customer Service & Support

Key responsibilities
- Managing order processing: Reviewing customer orders, ensuring accurate entry into the system, and coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels and alerting relevant teams when stock is low.
- Customer service: Updating customers on their order status, including shipping confirmations and delays, and resolving any order-related issues.
- Data analysis: Utilizing internal systems (e.g., SAP) to process and modify Purchase Orders efficiently and ensure the accuracy of PO/SO/Material costing.
- Clear communication skills and customer facing
- The ideal candidate for this role should possess robust attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy,



and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. As needed, coordinates planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the organization.
- Develops processes and procedures to support the sales process and participates in the development of requirements for sales support systems
- Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline, solves a range of routine problems, demonstrates some proficiency with concepts and processes analyses possible solutions using standard procedures, receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more senior level roles
- Works to ensure all sales organization objectives are assigned in a timely fashion.
