Role Description The Quality Control Laboratory Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The technician will perform routine laboratory testing, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and document all test results accurately in accordance with established procedures. Daily responsibilities include sampling raw materials and finished products, conducting quality control checks, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and internal standards. The role also involves identifying deviations, assisting in root-cause analysis, supporting corrective actions,
and collaborating with supervisors and cross-functional teams to maintain product quality. The technician is expected to follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized laboratory, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing methods.

Qualifications
- Strong laboratory skills with experience in handling Laboratory Equipment and performing routine tests.
- Demonstrated Quality Control knowledge with the ability to follow and improve quality procedures.
- Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting test results, identifying trends, and reporting deviations.
- Understanding of Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and related regulatory or industry standards.
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, accurate documentation skills, and familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or food testing laboratory is an advantage.
