Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

- Identify, target, and acquire new direct clients across the US market.
- Build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Identify companies actively hiring across Non-IT functions and engage relevant decision-makers.
- Prospect and establish relationships with HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders, Hiring Managers, Procurement teams, and business owners.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client hiring requirements, workforce challenges, and recruitment needs.
- Convert prospects into signed staffing agreements and active job orders.

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach through negotiation, agreement, job acquisition, and account development.
- Sell Permanent/Direct Hire solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms including staffing agreements, fees, rates, payment terms, and service conditions.
- Develop account strategies to increase job orders and recurring revenue from newly acquired clients.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Track key sales metrics including prospecting activity, meetings, opportunities, client acquisition, job orders, placements, and revenue.

Client & Internal Collaboration

- Build long-term relationships with US clients and become a trusted recruitment partner.
- Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure qualified candidates are submitted within agreed timelines.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to the recruitment team and monitor delivery progress.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional hiring requirements and staffing solutions.




- Maintain up-to-date CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and account plans.

Experience selling recruitment services into US Non-IT sectors is essential. Relevant areas may include:

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of proven Business Development / Recruitment Sales experience in US Staffing.
- Strong experience specifically within Non-IT recruitment/staffing.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring direct US clients.
- Proven experience generating new business through proactive outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing lifecycle.
- Experience selling Permanent/Direct Hire solutions.
- Existing relationships with US HR, Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers, or other recruitment decision-makers will be highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of US hiring practices, staffing models, and recruitment sales cycles.
- Excellent cold calling, email prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work against measurable revenue targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.
