About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in day-to-day accounting operations, Tally, MS Excel, GST and TDS compliance, invoicing, MIS reporting, and financial documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely statutory compliance, preparing financial reports, and supporting the management in various accounting and finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain accounts and update transactions in Tally.
- Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Manage GST-related activities, including preparation and timely filing of GST returns.
- Handle TDS calculations,



deductions, reconciliations, and timely filing of TDS returns.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and financial statements as required by management.
- Perform bank reconciliation, ledger reconciliation, and account reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding payments where required.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Support management with financial data, analysis, and other accounting-related requirements.
- Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by the management.
