/n Lead, manage, and scale large field teams (50–150 members)
/n Build high-performance teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured reviews
/n Drive accountability and ownership across team members

/n Take complete ownership of regional business goals and P&L-linked; metrics
/n Identify growth opportunities and implement scalable solutions
