Serving as a key interface between functional teams and technology, this role manages the product life cycle of regional platforms, drives artificial intelligence, elevates the customer experience (CX). Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering, Process Transformation, AI, ML & Intelligent Automation, Application Modernization & Core Ecosystems
Partner closely with functional/corporate teams (Commercial, Service, Supply Chain, and Finance) to capture operational pain points, map user journeys, and translate business intent into clean product requirements and user stories.
Optimize core workflows across multi-divisional matrices, transforming manual operational tasks into highly streamlined, scalable digital processes.
