Position Overview

We are seeking a Sr. Accountant to oversee our Shared Services Finance team.
This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end activities, ensuring
accuracy of financial reporting, and leading finance operations with a robust
focus on compliance, efficiency, and process improvement. As a senior
Accountant, oversee the month-close process, and play a key role in ERP
implementation and optimization (NetSuite).

What You’ll Do





* Collaborate and work closely with the finance team across multiple F&A;
functions within Shared Services.
* Oversee month-close activities, including scheduling, review of reports, and
accuracy of financial statements.
* Prepare & Review journal entries (routine and non-routine, including tax
adjustments).
* Ensure compliance with controllership requirements and accounting standards.
* Drive NetSuite implementation projects with hands-on involvement in system
setup, workflows, and reporting.
* Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support audit readiness
and compliance.
* Provide financial leadership by analyzing results, preparing variance
reports, and supporting strategic decisions.
* Collaborate, Mentor and coach team members to build capability, engagement,
and growth within the team.

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in
progress) preferred.
* 6-8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting,
