Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Engineer (Manual+Automation). The QA Engineer will be responsible for test execution, quality assurance, manual testing, creating and executing test cases, and automation testing. The QA Engineer will be involved in the E2E software testing of the application (Mobile+Web+App).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute
automated test scripts
, leveraging AI tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical documents and provide meaningful feedback.
- Create detailed and well-structured
test plans and test cases
.
- Plan, prioritize, estimate, and execute testing activities.
- Identify, document, track, and manage bugs through resolution.
- Perform
regression testing
after defect fixes.
- Develop and improve testing processes for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with
developers, product managers, and internal teams




to understand and clarify requirements.
- Track QA metrics such as defect density and open defect counts.
- Stay updated with emerging
testing tools, frameworks, AI tools, and QA practices
.
- Be available during critical business scenarios, festivals, and peak periods when required.

Requirements and skills :

* Proven work experience of
3+ years
as a QA Engineer.

* Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes

* Experience in writing transparent, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

* Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing and API testing.

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. E-commerce is preferred.

* BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA degree in Computer Science, or a related subject
