- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to maintain continuous site progress.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with applicable standards, procedures, and project requirements.
- Ensure implementation of site safety practices and address unsafe conditions or deviations promptly.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and completed work for billing, certification, and progress tracking.
- Review construction drawings and resolve routine site-level technical issues in coordination with consultants and project stakeholders.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, progress reports, and material consumption records.
- Support project completion, snag rectification, and closeout documentation activities.
