Remoat Teams is recruiting Client Partners on behalf of our client: an AI technology company selling into the outsourcing market. This is a part time independent contractor engagement, a monthly retainer plus uncapped commission on deals that are closed won.

The market problem
Outsourced operations run on people, and the people leave. Across the workflows most commonly outsourced today are customer support, finance and accounting, healthcare revenue cycle, IT service desks, data operations, with an annual attrition of 30 to 45% is normal. A 20,000-seat operator replaces roughly a third of its workforce every year, permanently.
That creates three problems every operator knows intimately:
Volume. Filling thousands of seats means screening tens of thousands of candidates without quality collapsing. The best candidates accept whoever contacts them first, and most funnels take days to make first contact.
Accuracy. A wrong hire on a regulated workflow costs far more than the seat. False positives reach the production floor. False negatives quietly join a competitor.
Verification.



Credential inflation and proxy interviewing i.e. someone else taking the screening call on the candidate's behalf are routine at volume, and most screening stacks detect neither.

What you'd be selling
High-volume hiring has three stages: advertise the role, screen the applicants, onboard the ones who make it. The client solves the middle stage. Their AI conducts and evaluates candidate conversations within minutes of application, at any volume, with verification that the person assessed is the person who starts on day one and the audit trail regulated buyers require.
Screening is the entry point. The larger opportunity is managed services: replacing traditional outsourced delivery with an AI-led model at materially lower cost. Deals sit at seven figures.
