We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our new AI platform for entrepreneurs . This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products and lead initiatives to infuse AI into every part of Wadhwani Foundation programs and initiatives that impact the customer. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, deployment, and optimization of our existing AI Products, including co-pilots, evaluators, agents, and coaches, which are already being used by students across India. As an Individual Contributor, you will manage a portfolio of B2C/B2B products from ideation to launch and beyond, bringing your passion for technology and user-centric mindset to drive market success.
Key Responsibilities
- User Experience and Customer Insights:
- Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors through user research and data analysis.
- Champion the user experience, advocating for customer-centric design and usability throughout the product development lifecycle.




- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive successful product outcomes.
- Present product metrics and updates to stakeholders, including senior management, in a explicit and concise manner.
- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Define an AI product roadmap and continuously monitor the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs and other strategic objectives.
