Role Responsibilities :
- Monitor and resolve production issues in T24 environments (R17+), including COB batch jobs and EEE.
- Design and support T24 versions, enquiries, APIs, and local developments with hands-on troubleshooting.
- Create SOPs, automate recurring issues, and mentor junior team members on production workflows.
- Escalate incidents per SLA, maintain documentation, and implement dashboards/runbooks for system health.
Job Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in T24 Production Support with knowledge of TAFJ, DBTools, and Design Studio.
- Proficient in SQL and core banking modules including Securities, Wealth Management, and Asset Management.
- Experience in COB batch optimization, multi-threaded routines, and Agile-based support environments.
- Solid problem-solving, communication, and release management experience in banking/Temenos platforms.
