Role Responsibilities:
- Lead field recovery operations across Mumbai & Pune, managing TLs and external vendors.
- Monitor CRR metrics and ensure audit and quality standards at the vendor level.
- Implement capacity planning, portfolio allocation, and performance tracking.
- Resolve escalations and improve collection strategy through departmental coordination.
Job Requirements:
- 5–10 years of unsecured loan or consumer durable collections experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking.
- Proven experience in leading large field teams and vendor oversight.
- Strong MS Excel and presentation skills; able to derive insights from data.
- Open to travel; robust leadership, planning, and communication abilities.
