Your Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections across various grades of castings, forgings, and fabricated components
- Supervise steel fabrication , pipe systems, and fittings in alignment with international standards (DIN, EN, ISO, ASME)
- Prepare, review, and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) , and Manufacturing Inspection Plans (MIPs)
- Review and manage supplier quality documents and inspection calls using digital tools
- Identify and document nonconformities; drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement 8D corrective actions
- Plan and coordinate with third-party inspection agencies and suppliers
- Participate in lean initiatives to enhance process efficiency and product quality
- Engage in supplier audits , performance monitoring, and new supplier development
- Host client witness inspections at supplier and Siemens sites
- Promote EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
compliance and foster a collaborative shop floor workplace
What You Bring
- 8+ years of relevant QA/QC experience in casting, forging, and fabrication inspections
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes for castings, forgings, and fittings
- Certification in ASNT Level II for DP, UT, MPT, and RT (hands-on proficiency required)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 as a certified internal auditor
- Strong understanding and application of quality tools – 8D, 5 Whys, A3, CAPA
- Proficiency in engineering drawings , MS Office , and SAP (MM & QM)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and solution-driven mindset
- A working knowledge of EHS practices in manufacturing
