Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product development lifecycle from discovery to post-release support, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the discovery process by conducting market research, gathering customer feedback , and identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement .
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and business goals.
- Create and manage product roadmaps , prioritizing features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
- Define clear, actionable product requirements and user stories for the engineering team.
- Work closely with engineering teams to manage sprint planning, development timelines, and ensure clear communication around product expectations.
- Conduct usability testing , analyze feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve the user experience .
- Lead post-release evaluations to measure product success and identify areas for further optimization.




- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and facilitate smooth execution.
- Monitor product performance metrics , user feedback, and customer escalations to inform ongoing product improvements .
- Stay up to date with industry trends , competitor products , and customer needs to proactively identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product management , particularly in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or features from conception through post-release.
- Solid project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams .
- Ability to synthesize user feedback , market research , and data into actionable product insights .
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and priorities .
