We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager - Legal to join our legal team. This role requires a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience in handling legal matters, offering advice on corporate legal issues, and assisting in various legal processes. The ideal candidate will have a Full time LLB degree and experience in drafting contracts, legal research, compliance, and supporting dispute resolution. This role will involve working closely with internal teams, external legal advisors, and management to ensure that all legal requirements and best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Drafting & Review:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents including commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
- Ensure legal terms and conditions are clear, accurate, and aligned with company interests while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
- Legal Research & Compliance:
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to provide legal insights for decision-making.




- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and international laws, including industry-specific regulations.
- Assist in preparing and filing necessary legal documents and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Dispute Resolution & Litigation:
- Support the management of legal disputes, claims, and litigation processes, including liaising with external counsel and assisting in the development of litigation strategies.
- Assist in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
- Monitor and manage ongoing litigation cases and legal risks.
- Corporate Governance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and maintain statutory records for the company.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of mandatory corporate documents with regulatory bodies, including resolutions and annual filings.
