- Manage complex employee relations and regulatory risk issues.
- Collaborate on workflow configuration for HR lifecycle processes.
- Respond to client and employee inquiries with accurate HR support.
Role Responsibilities :
- Train internal HR teams on country-specific HR compliance.
- Design scalable, productive HR processes for service delivery.
- Act as Power of Attorney to sign documents and ensure compliance.
- Provide HR support across multiple countries where applicable.
