Key Deliverables:
- Develop and manage financial plans in collaboration with business and technology teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Review and analyze the variance between financial plans and actuals, providing actionable insights for improvements.
- Track and measure key financial and business metrics to support decision-making.
- Lead scenario analysis and develop business plans for product enhancements or current business initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and drive operational performance.
- Jointly own the OKRs of respective business units, ensuring the achievement of annual operating plans (AOP).
- Manage month-end closing procedures and complete reviews to ensure accuracy.
- Drive process efficiency through standardization and automation projects.
