Key Deliverables:
- Design and create current experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artefacts.
- Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on design improvements.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and integrate changes effectively.
- Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business requirements and design goals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to create scalable and impactful design solutions.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions and measure the success of design implementations.
- Consolidate research, user feedback, and insights into actionable design improvements.
