Key Deliverables
- Establish and nurture user experience initiatives that enhance shopping experiences for Meesho users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, Tech, and Data) to drive user-centric strategies.
- Lead and manage strategic initiatives aimed at transforming user engagement and satisfaction.
- Own and monitor performance metrics related to User Experience within the fulfillment and experience domain.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead projects that redefine the approach to user engagement and satisfaction at Meesho.
- Partner closely with program managers and leaders in fulfillment and user/supplier experience.
- Drive initiatives focused on user-centric, cost-effective designs and processes for long-term improvements.
- Ensure that Meesho remains the preferred e-commerce platform for all customer segments by continuously evaluating and improving the user experience.
