Key Deliverables
- Manage the end-to-end strategic planning process to improve operational systems within the organization.
- Lead strategic projects with 3PL partners and collaborate with internal teams to drive initiatives.
- Develop product roadmaps and solutions by working closely with the product team.
- Oversee and guide a large team of managers and assistant managers in executing key projects.
Role Responsibilities
- Engage with cross-functional teams and Meesho Leadership to present strategic review documents and reports.
- Define priorities, identify key problems, and propose solutions for successful implementation of projects.
- Manage both strategy formulation and its execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
