- Responsible for adapting and implementing measures for maintaining & improving the final quality.
- Maintaining the reliability of all test equipment in Laboratory by timely servicing and calibration.
- Procurement of all test equipment required for quality control, its installation Commissioning and use.
- Implementation of scheme of Inspection and testing.
- Development and Implementation of SQC practice.
- Responsible for the quality of all receiving raw materials, in process materials and final product.
- Responsible for identifying non-conforming materials at various stages of manufacturing, its disposal, and necessary corrective actions to avoid recurrence of such nonconformance in consultation with the concerned departments.
- To improve the customer satisfaction levels across the production, marketing and mines departments.
- Enhance external customer satisfaction by carrying out periodic market survey and taking appropriate steps to meet the customer requirements from time to time.
- To set systems and standards to ensure that product quality is positive and consistent.
- Responsible for the safety of all workmen.
