- 8+ years of experience in Software Industry and Managing Agile Projects using Scrum methodologies.
- Certified scrum master.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Electronic and Tele-Communication.
- Expert in Agile and Lean ways of working at program/enterprise level.
- Experience working with RTC or JIRA.
- In-depth knowledge of how Scrum, Kanban works.
- Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in agile
