Job Summary:The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for overseeing all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving the strategic vision of the pharmacy department. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence to provide high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients while optimizing efficiency and profitability.
- Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Management:Provide leadership and direction to the pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Develop and implement strategic goals for the pharmacy department aligned with organizational objectives.
- Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Operational Oversight:Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory control, procurement, and dispensing activities.
