We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with expertise
in data analysis, PSA tools and Salesforce (SFDC). The ideal candidate will
bridge business needs and technical solutions, leveraging data-driven insights
to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain dashboards for security metrics, vulnerability trends, and
operational KPIs.
* Configure and customize secure workflows, access controls, and compliance
reporting.




* Analyze PSA & CRM data to identify patterns impacting profitability and
operational efficiency.
* Provide day-to-day operational support for services, business systems and
processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integrity, reporting, and
system functionality.
* Ensure adherence to operational workflows.
* Process Improvement: Identify gaps in security and operational processes,
propose solutions, and assist in implementation.
* Testing & Validation: Support UAT and ensure deliverables meet both business
and security requirements.
* Maintain explicit documentation for requirements, processes, and compliance
standards.

Qualifications & Experience
* Hands-on experience with professional services automation management
platforms (Certinia, Teamwork).
* Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) configuration and reporting.
* Proficiency in data analysis and automation: SQL, Python, Excel
