Primary Skills :

* 5+ years of experience in working and leading teams on logistics, supply
chain, or operations support
* Expereince in coordinating with customers, stakeholders, end users, carriers
and operations contacts.
* Strong data entry and data management skills with high attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas,
reporting)
* Familiarity with load boards, shipment tracking tools, and reporting
dashboards




* Hands-on experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or
similar tools
* Ability to manage operational workflows, shipment tracking, and load
coordination
* Good understanding of logistics processes including shipment planning,
scheduling, and execution
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to interact with customers
and internal teams
* Experience supporting US/UK customers and ability to work in EU/UK time zones
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a quick-paced operational
environment
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Ability to proactively identify issues and provide resolution or escalation
* Experience in exception handling and operational troubleshooting
* Good analytical thinking and reporting skills
* Ability to conduct basic system/process training for internal/external
stakeholders
* Knowledge of standard operating procedures (SOP) creation an
