TITLE- Project Engineer (CWR)

What You Will Do

* Lead end-to-end execution of retrofits, AMC, and service activities for AC &
Refrigeration, HVAC, and Fire Systems in Karwar Yard.
* Act as the Single Point of Contact for customer escalations.
* Prepare and share weekly progress reports with the Project Manager.
* Ensure all orders are executed in a commercially effective manner.
* Manage service teams and subcontractors; allocate resources and monitor
progress for timely completion.
* Maintain timely and effective communication with customers regarding status,
delays, and payments.
* Ensure Health and Safety compliance for all site teams.

How You Will Do It

* Understand contractual obligations /scope and develop detailed execution
plans.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to identify gaps and implement solutions
to meet customer requirements.




* Interpret customers’ needs and plan activities to exceed expectations.
* Identify training needs and facilitate skill development within the team.

What We Look For

* Qualification: B.E./Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: 10–12 years in service/project execution on Naval & Marine ships.
* Technical Knowledge: AC Plants, Air Handling Units, Heat Exchangers,
Ventilation Fans, and other HVAC components.

Skills

* Robust leadership and interpersonal abilities.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred

* Indian Navy Artificers with hands-on experience in AC/HVAC/Fire systems.
