Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver process and soft skills training for current hires and existing staff.
Design training content and conduct refreshers based on performance metrics.
Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Secondary Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth rollout of updates and new launches.




Stay updated on products and processes; act as a subject matter expert.

What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in training, preferably in customer service or contact center environments.
Skills and Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong content creation and facilitation abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple training programs simultaneously.
Analytical mindset to assess training impact and identify improvement areas.
Collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders.
